I'd say about 5. Since I'm an adult and in the business world, I have to have concerns about first impressions. But even that doesn't always stop me from being me, good or bad.
And I've noticed as I get older the less and less I care what others think.

Depends on who they are. My kids and my fiancee, I care very much, so 10. Everyone else, 1.
