No they wont kick him out and they will establish child support to come out of his check so his wife will find out.

Depending on his command, yes, he could get the boot. He will certainly get in trouble, face restriction, and very likely will lose a pay grade or two. Adultery is a huge no-no in the military and he will pay for it, make no mistake. I know at my old command the CO would have the guy call his wife and tell her exactly why they were going to be losing a chunk of money every month and why he wouldn't be getting to go home for a few weeks. (I was on a ship so if you got restriction you were kept onboard.)
You made a big mistake in getting involved with a married man, and his being in the military makes it even worse because this WILL affect his career and his wife WILL find out.

They shun on that big time, but they will support you too, you'll need the benifits... Get away from a married man Idiot! Get your own man... ok nuff said. He has to go talk to someone higher up... If he's honest and say he made a mistake and doesnt want to leave you out in the cold and wants to do the right thing, they should help you. They are all about family.
"I forgot to take make pill for about 2 weeks straight" Are you kidding me? Condoms? If he's married and sleeping around, you're prob not the first... go get tested for you an the baby's sake. Think hard about actually having it.

If his wife presses charges he sure as hell will. Can you say hello to the Brig (prison), loss of rank, dishonorable discharge (good luck getting a job with that) for him. I hope his wife finds out. They better be legally seperated...that could spare him some. You are a trapping little hoe bag and I hope his wife backhands you like a red headed step child. I hope he ends up in the Brig. Every unit is different on this but for the most part, you can expect a hard loss.
This is why if you want to f*ck around with a military member, there are plenty of single ones out there. Married is married, regardless if it's happy or not.

First of all how does somebody "forget to take their pills for 2 FULL WEEKS?????"
second, why are you having sex with people who are married and possibly trying to have their OWN children.
I don't think he can get into trouble, but if you were in the military then you wouldn't be able to complete your time, and have to drop out. seriously though that is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself for doing that to someone's wife. You should at least call his wife and let her know (if she doesn't already)

YES he can get in trouble if his wife decides to let his commanding officer know about the situation! He could get dishonorably discharged and lose all of his benefits but more than likey they will demote him and he will lose pay... possibly have charges brought up against him in the military court. Not cool of you to be sleeping with a married man..... what goes around comes around and when you get married it could happen to you!

Yes, he can get in a lot of trouble. He can get charged with an Article 15, lose rank, pay, and even get discharged. I'm not sure what exactually his discharge will be, but he better start talking to his first sergent and get with JAG becuase once his wife finds out, I promise she'll go straight to his commander. My ex hubby cheated on me and we were both in the military. I couldn't prove it, and he's now discharged. She sure can prove it since your preggers with his child. I would really like to tell you what I think of you, but I'm sure his wife will do the job better than I can!

Yes, they have that option. Infidelity is not tolerated in the military and adultery is still on the books as a crime, although civilians don't use it as the courts would be jammed.
He may have ruined his military career. As for you, why are you sleeping with someone else's husband? No excuse justified what you did/are doing. This is your mess - perhaps you should carry it alone and learn from this.

I think he can but on a side note for the people that wrote rude comments about you being a slut all i can say is HOW RUDE!! It takes two to tango. You weren't the one going out behind someone's back and cheating he was. He is the one who made a commitment to another woman and then broke it. I feel sorry for you that this man couldn't be upfront with his wife and tell her he found someone else.

My ex boyfriend's dad was given a dishonorable discharge when he had an outside child while in the military. Yes he will get in trouble. He will get kicked out.

yes he can get into a lot of trouble, not kicked out but he will be punished by his sargent. I've heard stories where the sargent made the guy call his wife and tell her in front of everyone, then had to work for a period of time without pay.
