I hate to say this, but I was scared of midgets, small people, dwarves, etc. They were so damn scary to me. I would scream and cry whenever there was a person like that around.

Loud noises scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. The vaccuum cleaner, the sound of running bath water, a stereo turned up too loud (by accident, such as not realizing the knob was twisted up to maximum when turning it on), and the sound of toilets flushing in a public restroom.... Anything really loud made me want to run away.

I have gotten a lot better now that I'm older. I used to reach from as far away as possible to flush the potty in a public restroom, and then bolt out the door. Now I can walk out of the bathroom in a civilized fashion, instead of looking like a wild, scared animal. LOL

Clowns. The scene in Poltergeist where the clown attacks the little boy from under the bed freaked me out. I still hate clowns.

This may sound weird but I was and still am afraid of Michael Jackson and his video thriller. The video just confirmed to me how much of a freak he is. I used to hide my face under whatever I could find and then eventually hyperventilate and get nose bleeds.

Escalators and stairs going down. I hated the stairs from the basement but only when my older sister was behind me running up the stairs, always creeped me out. I was not fond of the "sleeping beauty doll" my sister had it would open its eyes all by itself MOMMY!!!"

People who talked to themselves, I just couldn't figure them out and hated coming across one. Like people who were drunk or on drugs or simply have something wrong with them. Always scared me!
