First of all, do you have the right amount of fork oil in them? That is important because you need the right pressure in your forks. If you do, I would check the springs inside them. They could be worn. Just be careful you know how to put the fork back together. Those are the two main things in a fork. Also, if you have a bent fork tube, you will need to replace that.

A lot of bikes have an adjustable rear suspension. Check to see if you can adjust yours. If your is bottoming out, I would suggest a new suspension. You could also get stiffer springs. The ride will be harsher but you won't bottom out.

When in doubt, take it to a mechanic. No one here can accurately diagnose your bike without actually seeing it.

You shouldn't have to replace them. I would just send them to Factory Connection for springs and re-valving. Do the forks bottom out on moderate jumps?

It all depend on how they ride. If you were to sit on the bike, and have the shocks go all the way down, they are of course bad.

Might just need new springs.
