suggestion they put on food bags and packages? Can you really just have 12 chips, or 8 cookies, or a cup of cashews?

Since being on a diet, it is easier to eat the serving size. If I convince myself that x amount of food is enough, I can usually stop after that much. It helps when the food is packaged in single servings though!

I highly doubt it come on they just start tasting good after 12 i think its more of a suggestion of guidance like you should eat twelve but you dont necessarily have to
