it's under warranty, call the dealer to come out and hook it back up for you, all you have to do is get a hose clamp and slide it over the end of the hose and then push the hose back on where it belongs and tighten the hose clamp down and refill any water you lost in the overflow tank but I would make the dealer do it.

This must be either the by-pass or one of the heater hoses.
Either way, you need to fix this right away!
.
Is the hose right off or just leaking around the edges?
Did the clamp come off?
If the clamp is still there see if you can tighten it.
Other wise you'll need a new clamp.
If no clamp, try a piece of wire twisted tight , this will hold untill you get to a shop.
If you can't fix it, make sure there is water in the radiator and leave the cap on but loose,
Don't loosen the cap until the engine cools down!
Then you can drive the car to a shop.
Don't put antifreeze in the radiator, you don't want it leaking out.
Leaving the radiator cap loose will prevent high pressure and will keep the leak in check until you get to a shop.

Follow the hose from the radiator to the motor and see where it came disconnected. Measure the diameter of the hose, and get yourself a hose clamp from the auto parts store.

Put the hose on, put the clamp around the hose, and tighten with a screwdriver.

Good Luck!!!

These are usually equipped with some really big spring clamps and need a special tool to grip them and move them into place. Either get the tool or use some big pliers. What I would do if I were you though, is phone a tow truck and get it towed to a dealership to get it repaired under warranty as it has to still be under the factory warranty and will cost you nothing that way.

You will need a ring clamp from the automotive or hardware store. It's a strip of metal with perforations in it that is held in a round shape by a screw that lets you enlarge and tighten it.
You might want to figure out why it came off in the first place to help you to assure that it doesn't happen again.
