NO DONT DO IT, I've been trying not to smoke for the last week, been hard going but having a work out at the gym today i felt a lot better for not smoking, keep up the good work so will i.

No health benefits at all! Stay away from cigarettes because once you start....it is sooo hard to stop. I have cut down to 2-3 daily and want to quit completely.

No, but I dont believe it is as bad for you as they make out.
If it was, they wouldnt sell them.
I know folks who have smoked for 60 years and are fine, then I know folks who have never smoked and have crocked it with Cancer.
Its just the way the cookie crumbles Im afraid.

A stress release i guess like giving you that high or feeling of release but remember it may feel good now but some years from now you wished you hadn't smoked it

Other than that, you do get some stress relief at the expense of your lungs and life. Great trade off!

i dont smoke but often think of doing so to lose weight, every one says u put on weight when u stop so i wondered if it works the other way round
