I am very disgusted with these two- Crooks and Liars!
Cheney is the most arrogant, pig-headed politician I have ever witnessed.
According to Cheney is office is not an agency or part of the Executive Branch so he's not bound by ISSO rules. He is his own entity.

I want to have a beer with Bush, just to prove the alky still tips back a few.

AS for Cheney, I am afraid he'll shoot me in the face, since he isn't man enough to handle his liquor.
