Depends on ones interest & financial condition. Two years MBA programme requires financial outlay depending on merit.Merit seat means minimum around Rs 2,50,000 in India is required for the entire programme.
If dire requirement is finance better one may join service (one can do MBA in India through IGNOU ,Karnataka StateOpen University,Madras University correspondence course.Regular MBA Equips well (not that correspondance course will not do but depends on how contact programme is dealt). For a BE for the present situation equipping with MBA would expose to nature of managment of MNCs & other corporate organisations & even entrepreneurship. One has to decide himself/herself.One can learn managment by experience but the course may condition to face corporate functioning.

Well, that depends on what you enjoy doing. Would you like to be a bureaucratic office manager with an MBA or get a Masters in Engineering Science and be a top engineer?
MBA's are certainly very employable however, so I suppose it does depend on, to some extent, the availability of work in your field where you live. Employers like engineers who know something about business.
This is really only a question you could answer, in my opinion.
