1. Aliens: They'd probably blend in well with the government!
2. Major Crisis: We'd get thru it - then find someone to blame it on!
3. As for Gordon - it wasn't time for a general election. It's like a football game - if a player is injured in the middle of a game they don't go and buy another one there & then .... they put the sub on! I think - give him a chance - it's good to have a new face.

What on earth do you mean? Also they still have goverment leaders arnt that inportant in crisis i mean when the twin towers collapsed goerge bush couldnt end a convo with a 4 year old to go and do his business.
As for gordon...the public new that by voting for tony this time they would get gordon...tony said so before he was elected.

Chain of Command would take effect. There is always someone in charge, regardless of what is happening.
There is no public vote to approve Gordon because Blair is stepping down. I'm certain that an election will happen soon.
Enough people wanted him gone...so they are getting what they wanted.

If aliens invade, the europeans would blame it all on Bush and America for not protecting them.
They would say stupid things like,
If America hadn't invaded Iraq, the space aliens wouldn't have invaded earth.

Yeah its amazing how they can just change the leader when they like. I think Blair must of lost at their last game of musical chairs and when the music stopped (Spice girls album - zigga zig aahh) Brown was left standing. Well I think that's what a cabinet reshuffle is. ;-)
