My girlfriend's ex-husband conviced his second fiance since he left my girl a year ago to buy my girlfriend's house so that he doesn't have to move any of his stuff out! How lazy can you be? He was ordered to move it out 6 months ago but refused and pays spousal support to my girl instead!

it seems that he does not want to let go of the memories that the house has maybe. or he might just be lazy like you said. if you have a problem with it talk to him about it.
