Did you find something odd or feel really bad, think it might be serious, go to the doctor, have it confirmed, have test and blood work done, and find out it was nothing to be concerned with?

Yes, I have. And I`ve survived cancer, too. Before that I almost croaked on the table after a c~section. I`ve had lots of medical adventures, and I`m 1OO% okay.

Well, my medical close call was really, really stupid.
I took a temp job working at a convention center. Since I wanted to be comfortable, I wore a pair of nice-looking thong (hehee...don't get excited, anyone...) sandals. They were comfortable enough for regular day-to-day activities, but I was running around the whole place ALL DAY LONG.
Aaanyways, I got a horrible blister that got rubbed off by the middle of the day and I couldn't really do anything about it until I got home. Well, I guess I didn't get to it quick enough, as it became infected & my whole foot swelled up. Doc put me on antibiotics, but the dosage wasn't high enough and the next day, there was a red line going up my leg...
By the time I got to the doc's again, they said that if I had waited any longer, I could've lost my foot (or worse).
How stupid...
Edit:
Could I have POSSIBLY made my answer any lengthier???

No i'm still in the stage of finding what is going on to be odd. It's too expensive to see a doctor without insurance, so I will suffer until it turns really really bad...

The doctor made me have blood tests for high sugar then a second one.....it's only because they lowered the number that is considered high that I am considered borderline....suppose to be on a low sugar diet but I really don't follow it.....

Not me, but my son did, just last week.
He had all the symptoms of appendicitis, so I rushed him to the ER. Turns out he had strep throat! How weird!! He never once complained of a sore throat; just nausea, a temp of 103.4, & right flank pain.....

I have dodged several lethal bullets...the last was a brain aneurysm. Presently, I am dealing with renal failure, but am prepared to begin dialysis.
I won't list them all. Too many.
