I am so worried right now.

maybe its because it summer and your not as busy as you usually are. i have the same problem i stay up till 3 and 4 sometimes even later and then wake up around 1 which isnt healthy. when i wanna fix it i stay up until i cant anymore and wake up early so i fall asleep early the next night and just let it fix itself.

The more you worry about it, the less likely. Sleep pattern is something that changes since it's something influenced by a lot of things, health, stress, temeprature, food, hormonal levels...
Try to find the source of your insomnia, is it something you can do about it? Try exercising a little, at least 4 hours prior going to bed, swimming does wonders for this. Try to keep your room's temp controlled, between 22 and 25°Celsius.
Don't eat heavy meals before going to bed. Try taking a warm bath/shower before. If the problem persists after all this, then seek medical help.

yes. try getting your self tired before going to bed like excersicing or doing chores so that when its bed time you will feel tired and get a good rest
