Can people in Africa quit worrying about Malaria now?

After all Laura Bush is doing a photo op there. She is on

Malaria in Africa is a pretty nasty strain, there aren't a lot of meds that work for it. She'll smile and look pretty and that's that.

We could stop Malaria in Africa in a matter of days, if it was not for the environmental groups. If we were allowed to spray DDT across the Malaria stricken regions of Africa, millions of lives would be saved.
