Sounds like Cutts had kids running around all over the place, now we'll have to support them. Peterson only had the one and, one girl friend.

Cutts, for killing his near term baby, baby #4 INFRONT of his 2 year old aka baby #3, having an affair on his wife who he has baby #2 for AND for being abusive to child #1 AND her younger half brother (not related to Cutts).

These kind of sick people would not be around if my idea was used. ANYONE proven to have molested, murdered or abused another living, breathing thing is automatically castrated on national TV. As soon as that is finished they are hung until dead. This law would include animal abuse also. If someone abuses animals, they abuse people too.
No plea bargaining, no appeals, no jury, just DO IT. We would solve the overcrowding in jails & our tax dollars could do some good, like work on a national health policy for all, instead of supporting criminals.
