There is a drug called Marinol that is is THC suspended in an oil base, it is by prescription in the US, but Canada had their own version that is not suspended in oil, the oil tends to diminish the effects in the american version.

All hemp contains THC in varying amounts depending upon the species. they may be selling industrial grade hemp that you couldn't catch a buzz from if you smoked a whole field.
Personally, I regard any marijuana legal if I smoke it and don't have any law enforcement personnel tell me different. Also, the government has a prohibition on "marihuana" not "marijuana".
Be careful though, in some states, just possessing a hemp product is illegal, like a surfer necklace or bracelet. The funny part is that you might get busted by a cop wearing a hat made of hempen fiber.

Wild Dagga, Jimson Weed, Devil's Eye, Mad Dog Weed, Intoxicating Pepper, Passion Flower, California Poppy, Lettuce Opium, St. James Wart, Cloves, Gaurana, Cannabaceae Bud, Hawaiian Hybrid Bud, Rose Bud, Skull Cap, Broom Flower, Juniper, Hydrangea, Lavender, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Spearmint, Raspberry, Licorice, Jasmine, Wood Betony, Yerba, Thyme, Kava, Golo Kola and more, are examples of "legal herbal" products on todays market.
Notice that NONE of the above include "Cannabis Sativa" which is the family of cannabis that produces Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
Under Federal Law, which overrides state law, Cannabis Sativa, is a Schedule I drug and therefore illegal to produce or possess in the United States...even California. States like California that have "decriminalized" marijuana use and possession make small possessions "violations" and not misdemeanor offenses as other states do. This does not mean that it is legal for medical or any other purpose.
When researching the Controlled Substances Act, you can see that the US bases the decision to make marijuana illegal not only because of state and federal laws...but also because of International Treaties with other countries.
The product "Marinol" is a synthetic form of THC which has been used in place of "legal marijuana."
When referring to "hemp" used in bracelets, sandels, etc., those products are made with "Industrial Hemp" which is not associated with Cannabis Hemp. The best you'll get from industrial hemp smoking is a headache!
Best wishes.

OK in California they voted to legalize medical doses of marijuana to relive things like chronic pains and intense headaches. The law passed under state law but then the federal government came in and said that the federal law illegalizing marijuana over rides the state law. so if you are getting perceptional marijuana in California get caught by state cops cause they cant do much. ps I'm not responsible for anything you do

It's non-psychoreactive Cannibus. It's essentially a pot plant but it does not contain tetra hydro cannibinol - the active ingredient that gets you high when you smoke it.
