I am running it throughout my home and just want to know is it pretty resilient to bends, gentle twists, etc.

Thank you.

It is very durable as long as you don't bend it severly.

If you are running it in an attic area or in ducts, some building codes require plenum rated cable. That apparently has to do with possible toxic fumes if it burns.

You might consider going with CAT 6 cable. It has the potential to handle additional features that 5e won't handle. In the world of electronics, there is no reason not to be prepared for the future, the additional cost isn't much.

I installed cable in my existing home and I wouldn't want to do that job again (climbing in attics, opening up walls to run cable down past fire blocks) so I used CAT 6 to be safe.

Yes it's quite resilient, though take care not to twist and turn it too much especially around the RJ 45 jacks (ends of the cable).

Just avoid very tight (90 degree) bends and do not use staples or very tight clips, either of these can reduce it's efficiency.
