It would be a 50's & early 60's rock & roll radio station.
I have:
-a high speed connection
-a bunch of cd's and records
-microphone
-I know a few artists from those 2 eras
What else do I need? Permit?

It would be my pleasure to help you.
My friend wanted to start his own station on air and he did by call in the FCC for permission.
THey will give you an email about all the equipment sponsers, GHz that would be required on your computer and what you can use on comp to interact with listeners.
So just give them a call or email.

You must get permission to open a radio station.
Contact the FCC and ask what you must do to open and operate a radio station.
Give them the physical address of location of where you will operate the the station.
