It's that pesky Alien Hand Syndrome. (Yes, I saw this B.S. on The Discovery Chanel). You have no control over your arm. The arm supposedly has a mind of it's own. Well, the documentary I saw, was mostly old ladies who hit their husbands and claimed to have no control over their arm movements. Hope your day gets better. Just don't talk to anyone for the rest of the day. You'll get through it.

My husband has those every day! (Step outside at lunch and scream until you are hoarse!) That might help.
