what you gotta do is probably beyond your care to help out with this situation. You need to push it up all the way until it comes out this person's mouth. Once out, the persons attitude will totally change. Careful though... this is also a recipe for love. Just make sure your not the first person they see after the operation is performed.

You dont need him alive afterwards do you? Damn... ok... then I'd say surgury. They might have to shorten the stick with a saw before attemtping surgury though. But that's easy.

You know, no one is forcing you to work there?!? The way I see it, you have 2 options: quit the job, or learn to get along with your coworker. Life is full of people who are difficult to get along with, but the only person you have control over is you. Hope this helps.
