When I type in www.mybankcitizen.com I am not directed to Citizens Bank in Harvey. Why?

Are you aware that there are at least four different banks (and probably many more) named Citizens Bank? And what state are you in? Harvey, Illinois? Louisiana? North Dakota? Mississippi?
The one that the URL you gave links to is Michigan. If that isn't it, then you need to provide more info as to which Citizens Bank and what state you are in.
