click start > run > and type "clipbrd"
this will show you the contents of the clipboard and let you delete it etc.

Hmmm... and you are not going to share those photos?
Different systems have different processess... but in general the clipboard clears itself when you turn off the computer.
BUT.. if you viewed the photos (shame on you!) they will also be in the 'recently viewed or opened' files too.
You need to run the cleanup utiity of your system to remove all of that .

what you do to bring up the clipboard is hold down control c and it will pop up. (just so you know the clipboard is temporary and the pics are most likely gone by now)

It's a virtual clipboard. If things have been put there (by using COPY) they will be removed as soon as the PC is rebooted - so it is only a temporary area.

just copy a part of a text / photo / file and your clipboard will be cleared.also, if you turn off your PC, it'll be cleared agian.It's a virtual memory not a hardware.

I'm assuming you are talking about Yahoo email. If you don't have your options set to delete everything in your sent folder automatically, you can click on the sent folder, find the email, click on it, then move it back to whatever folder you want to keep it in.
