I think about satisfying the girl. Afterall, that is what I am down there for. If its nasty, I won't stay long, but if its clean, I can be there for hours, or at least until my mouth tires out.
Most girls I been with, if they think they are going to have be go down, they clean before hand. For the most part, most women I been with were pretty clean. When you shower, and wash down there, you should be fine. If you are worried about it, just shower before you do anything, and he won't really think anything about it, but how clean it is.
I love doing it, so the cleaner it is, the longer I get to stay in my happy place.

My only thought is that I hope she is enjoying it. That is in fact my favorite thing to do. I am more than happy if she "finishes" and then says I can't do any more. I have absolutely no problem with it being one sided in that way. I have in fact often offered to do that for my wife with nothing in return (and been turned down??).

I don't think when I am down there, I just handle my business and she will let you know if you are ok. If she ask for more, you are ok... If she just want to get it over with, then you are not. simple...
