If they are around, a flirt using eye contact, a smile. If they are not physically around, a nice gesture - a card, an e-mail. I don't come right out and say it in the card/e-mail, but being nice goes a long way and folks pick up on it. If you work with that person, invite them to lunch. If you eat lunch on the premises, make cookies or something and then offer to share them. Little things.

Show honest interest in them. Look them straight in the eye. Complement them. Ask them questions about themselves. Touch them when appropriate, on the hand, the arm, the shoulder, put your arm around and give a gentle shake, then let go. That kind of thing. You could also be honest and simply say I like to be around you. You're a lot of fun to be with. etc...

Curiosity and of course a smile. I wouldn't seduce them on contact or expose your goods too soon. Everyone likes a little bit of a struggle.

I honestly have no clue lol im not very good with subtle hints...although i might possibly smile a lot at them without noticing lol. :D
