You would get a very messy space suit and inside of the ship.

Inside your ship in space, where gravity is extremely small but there is an atmosphere, the milk droplets spewed out your nose would continue to move it a straight line under the influence of inertia until they met some obstacle.

Eventually, the droplets would be sucked into the air handling system and filtered out, but it might begin to smell of spoiled milk after a while.
