Possibly, yes...that has always been one of the major theories.
Personally, I suspect Kennedy's assassination was a mob hit. His brother Robert had been lighting fires under the Mafia's feet ever since he was appointed as Attorney General. They were...upset.

That is misinformation based on factual information. A classic CIA tactic. The fact is the agency staged a successful Coup with the help of there new partners, the mob.
The mafia and the CIA got married on the corner of Houston and Elm Streets in Dallas Texas on Sept 23, 1963. The glass they stepped on was JFK.

Castro was always close to getting killed by the "CIA" everyone knew that before the documents were released.... Kennedy was probably taken out by the CIA OR LBJ a murderor and or both. JFK wanted to banned the CIA and they didnt like that so they killed him most likely

JFK walked lightly with Castro, and though ideas circulated in his administration, and, at the CIA, JFK put the kibosh on any attempts against Castro. JFK in fact was trying to convince some of Castro's people to "go American", and reject the Soviet Union, in the latter days of JFK's Presidency. JFK was, without question if one examines the facts and historical record, that Oswald was the assassin, with, no conspiracy at play on that horrible day in Dallas.

Personally, I go with the Labor Union and Jimmy Hoffa angle. JFK and Bobby were openly anti-Union, as they knew they were thugs at best. The Unions were very open about wanting the "Kennedy's out".
There was a lot of money to be made by Union bosses fleecing their members.
And those bosses played for keeps....

Probably not but the idea sells a lot books to people who love conspiracies. He was killed by someone who opposed an open society and could get to JFK
