Family law in this country is heavily weighed against fathers. If you say in court that you love your kids it actually goes against you.

Women generally get away with this behaviour (preventing dads from having access), but don't give up. All she is doing is hurting your kids and they will realise this one day.

Even if you fail in your efforts to spend time with them regularly now they will be able to see in future how they were prevented from seeing you.

Don't give up trying - your kids need to see you as much as you need to see them. Good luck.

Nexus is right. Courts do not use their very great powers to compel the woman to allow her children to see their father.

Just keep up the contact in other ways - letters, phone calls etc.. Once they are old enough to remember your phone number they will probably do more than half the work.

Simply, don't give up. Good luck.

I presume you are the childs father and she is being difficult about your seeing the child??

If so, you have to go back to Court - she may be held in contempt but rarely do the Courts do this in the case of the resident parent. Sorry.
