can i put pc2 4200 in it?

yes i think you will be ok putting that memory in, but whatever you do dont go to crucial its absolutely crap, it scanned my computer and gave me totally wrong results from motherboard model and type of memory and nearly cost me £50 on its 'recommendations'. if you want a reliable scan of your hardware follow this link i have provided.

try the memory scanner that crucial has and see what it tells you
