You need an agent and you need to live in Los Angeles where the show tapes.
Disney has filmed a few movies in Utah (including part of Pirates AWE & HSM 2), but that's it. I don't know of anything they film there on a regular basis, but who knows. That could always change.
In my opinion, you do not need a manager until you have a career to manage. They take a larger percentage of your pay than an agent does and once they help you find an agent, there goes 25% of your pay and you haven't even had that much work yet...
To get an agent, you must be talented and you must take your career seriously, not just have stars in your eyes or a crush on the twins who are on the show you want to do. Get into some acting classes. Get some roles on your resume by doing theatre & student films.
If you want to find a legitimate agent to represent you for commercials, TV & film go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions. You can look up agents all over the US, but there are higher concentrations where the work is (Los Angeles, NY, IL, FL, GA etc.)
Then you can send them your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation and wait to see if they call you in for an interview.
Once you have an agent, they will get you the auditions, but until then you can check out actorsaccess.com. You can also see if your state has a film alliance. Sometimes they post audition information for projects filming locally. For theatre, you can go to backstage.com or http://www.actorsequity.org/castingcall/... If you find the audition on the Equity site, you still may be able to go, as long as their not taking appointments from equity actor's only :-) On backstage.com you have to pay to get all of the info, but the initial search is free and you may be able to see enough info to find out the rest on your own without paying.
These resources for auditions will hopefully lead to roles and will help you build your resume which will help you get an agent. When you're in a show performing a decent role, mail info to the agents and invite them to come watch you perform.
BTW, John Robert Powers is a SCAM. Stay away from them.
Good luck!

You can TRY to get an audition ....
watch the credits of the show and find out who the casting director is. Then call the Screen Actors Guild and ask for the current address of that casting director. You can also buy the Ross Reports, a small magazine that lists the addresses of casting directors. This magazine is available at www.samuelFrench.com, a bookstore.
Once you have the address for the casting director, you can send in your picture and resume. Of course the best way to get an audition is through an agent.

Well, I don't think there will be any parts open YET. Usally directors write parts with actors in mind once all the basic casting is done. There may be some spots open later but the best way to get an audition for a tv show is with an agent. To get an agent you'll have to get noticed of call one then audition for it.

First I would suggest living in either California or Utah because most of the filming for Disney is done there but the majority in Utah, (i.e. High School Musical, etc.) and so living there is a plus, also finding opportunities through an agency or internet help, such as John Robert Powers or Utahextras.com but I dunno, if you don't live in Utah things become a little more difficult sorry.....
And second of all, Disney is one of those big and all mighty companies. You wont get an audition without an agent. An agent schedules auditions for you. But, you can find the casting director through a magazine.
