I am 1 and 3 quarters dialated and the baby head is down my due date is july 29 and I am a few days from 37weeks.

I was one cm for 4 weeks and ended up getting induced. Dialation is really no way to predict when your true labor will begin. Honestly it could start any time from now to you being late like I was.

Dilation doesn't mean anything, Never dilated with my first 2. 3rd one I dilated to a 2, then the next week I was back to nothing, week after 2 1/2. Depends on how the baby is laying. Many women dilate to a 6 and it still takes weeks before the baby comes.

its not likely... i was 2cm dialated for 2 months and i ended up being induced because i was a week past my due date and still had not gone into labor...

You'll be in labor within the next 3-4 weeks.
(Sorry, but that's just how it is...you can't predict these things. Just be good to yourself -rest, light exercise, eat healthy, drink clean water, tell your man how much you love him, that sort of thing.)
