First it depends on what year your Saturn is. You can usually get codes for model years 1999 and older quite easily.
Second, it depends whether your radio is in "LOC" or "INOP" mode. If your radio says INOP, then turn your ignition to the RUN position, and turn the radio ON. You must leave it like this for a minimum of 1 hour (not 59 minutes) to clear the INOP message. I would wait 1 1/2 hours just in case doing it too early causes the timer to start over. (this will make it go to LOC mode)
Once the radio is in "LOC" mode, do the following to acquire a four digit code:
Turn your ignition to RUN (if not already), and your radio to OFF. Press and hold preset buttons 2 and 3 for around 5-10 seconds to obtain a scrambled version of your radio's original factory set code.
You can use this scrambled code to call your local Saturn Retailer for the REAL unlock code (ask nicely and they'll probably give it to you free)
After you get the code from the Saturn Retailer, you can do the following to unlock your radio:
Press and hold 5 and 6 on your radio's preset buttons for 5-10 seconds.
- Then press the seek down button once to start the entry process.
- Using the following key, repeatedly press the buttons to set your code:
seek down = first digit
seek up = second digit
tune left = third digit
tune right = fourth digit
Once you have the code entered, press AM/FM to set it.
---
E-mail me if you need help with a Saturn Retailer.
Good luck.

The absolutely free reverse vin check sites generally provide fake information. To get real information, money will have to be paid. The free searches provide fake information so they can get your email address to send spam.
Stay away from shady reverse vin check sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse vin check site like http://www.reversevincheck.net that has been around since 1995.

THIS IS VERY SIMPLE AND I HAVE DONE IT FOR MANY OF MY CUSTOMERS.
CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND GIVE THEM ALL THE REQUIRED INFO THAT THEY WILL ASK FOR, NAME, VIN, AND ANY OTHER PROOF THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER AND THAT'S ALL YOU NEED.
IF THEY ARE UNHELPFUL THEN CALL THE MANUFACTURE DIRECT AND ASK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
