The thing is she is still communicating with this guy that she cheated on me with. They work at the same job almost same area..... kinda strange for me not to know what to do!

I am so sorry. I can imagine you are hurting very much right now. I would have to ask you,,,, WHY did she stray? Is the relationship working for BOTH parties? Since she is still talking to the guy,,, I am really sorry but there are too many feelings and emotions involved.
Move on,,, hang in there,, it is going to get much better

Depends... Them working together makes it all a huge mess... Best advice I can give is to sit down and talk to her, ask her, clear the situation, and try to find out her intentions about the guy, your relationship, etc. Try to make out how she feels about it (regret, or don't care, etc.) if you see any hope to make it right, stay with her, but then you gotta be very patient with her. And of course you gotta be in love with her, otherwise there's no point in it. Good luck in finding your way!!!
Oh and one more thing... Everybody deserves another chance... ONE of it.

ok heres my opinion..... if she cheatet on you why are you supporting this,what makes you think she will never do it again .its the same as a guy if he cheats the girl will leave him ,and wont look back.maybe you have a child in common and thats why you dond want to leave her.well it dosent matter ,i went trough the same thing where he cheatet on me,and i have a child in common and i did not die.you should talk to her and tell her if this continues im leaving you. you might find some one better. just go with your heart.

if u really love her maybe u should sit her down and talk to her but if u havent been with her long run someone who already cheated once will always do it again and if they work at the same place RUN

Depends on how long she was cheating on you. If it was a one off and she`s really sorry then give it a chance if you think she`s worth it. Only YOU know her well enough to decide that.

I am a firm beleiver of once a cheater, always a cheater. You shouldn't have stayed when you found out she was sleepin' around. No one deserves that kind of disrespect and you are only sending a signal that it is ok to treat you like that when you allow her to stay. Tell her to kick rocks!!!!

first, she has to show an understanding of the hurt that she caused you. if she has not terminated the friendship with this other guy that doesn't show much understanding of what she has done to you.
second, she needs to atone to you for her actions. again, maintaining this relationship is not even begining to atone.
third, you need to decide what it will take to restore trust or if that is even possible.
Once you have completed these steps to your satisfaction you will have your answer.

depends on what your situation is ie long term relationship do you still love her do you trust her if the answer to any of those questions is yes then you have to try and work it out. good luck!!! if not then you already know what you need to do again good luck!!!!!

If you want to take her back, all the more power to you.
Just one thing- Ask her to quit the job. If she chooses the job (where she works with her old flame) over you, then of course you shouldn't take her back.
