you feel that your life is falling apart due to:
1) the stress over your final year project (cos you lack of knowledge over this project, and your group mates arent helping you out by leaving you out of discussions cos you cant contribute any suggestions, and also cos they are closer together)
2) you lack of any friends (cos you are so quiet)
3) the only friend you feel *more* comfortable with (compared to the rest) is always so bluntly rude in her comments when you ask for her opinion
4) totally ****** up presentations cos of lack of esteem and stuttering & lisping issues
5) lack of sleep everyday
6) home life also is lonely cos mum often nags and bro cant be bothered with me - we all dont connect
7) too lazy to even attend lessons cos nobody even cares of your existence.
Please help me! Dont suggest support groups please.. Or that I join some club..

I read your entire question and the thing that stuck out for me was when you said stuttering and lisping issues. Stuttering comes from being overpowered and fearful, so I wondered if that issue of what caused that is still with you.
There are times in life when you can be your own best friend. Enjoy being with yourself, comfortable with yourself, with who you are, with what you do. And when you want to change, if you want to change anything, you can do that on your own like looking in magazines and updating your wardrobe yourself, like changing your makeup or earings or whatever it is you want to change. You shouldn't be "too lazy to even ttend lessons cos nobody even cares"....hey, YOU care, and you are important to you cause it's your life. You get back from life what you yourself put into it. You need to learn things, grow and try different projects, learn to sew, learn to dance, learn to sing, learn to plant, learn to make something, learn to make something from nothing, try different things on for size and see if they fit you and your personality, read a lot, see funny movies, try fun games even if you have to play against yourself to better yourself at that game. You have to opportunity to grow and grow at your own pace. Maybe you want to write a book, start a business, make a plan, learn to speak in front of a mirror like preparing a speech and saying it to yourself, pretend karioke and sing anything you like, don't be afraid of being embarrassed as everyone does dumb stuff, just try, and have fun doing it. . If you lack knowledge about something you have for a project then teach yourself to do research on the net looking up things on the yahoo search engine and get the knowledge you need. The net has everything you ever wanted to know about.

This answer is serious. Buy a dog. A good dog is the best friend any person could ever hope for. You will never be rejected, betrayed, or abandoned. Dogs are smarter than most people. You can interact with them in very fulfilling ways. They will not judge you based on appearances or speech impediments. They will love you unconditionally. This kind of support will build confidence. You will be less needy for the approval of others and become more independent.

To answer your question I would say that in all sincerity you need to see a doctor / counselor. Based upon your question, I feel that you are clinically depressed.
Clinically depressed does not mean that your are crazy! Don't look at it that way. It means that your feelings of sadness and melancholy have reached the point where you could be made to feel better by talking to a professional and with medication.
We all get depressed. Sometimes events in our life depresses us, sometimes we are depressed by books, movies, by a friend or sometimes by the food we eat. But when that negative feeling permeates your total being, its time to see a doctor.
I wish you well.

1. you have to trust your own abilities. be confident. you can do it on your own. do the project on your own.
2. try to smile at other people.
3. be honest to your friend. tell her that you get hurt whenever she gives rude reactions or comments. tell her to please be good to you. you are counting on her because he is your bestfriend.
4. be more confident. think that you can do it. i know that you are there because you have the talents.
5. set aside a time for meditation and prayer.
6. tell your mom to be more patient.
7. brighten up. be positive.

I don't know if this will help but it kept me from killing myself a couple of times, my dad always used to me that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
