you can start looking for a font type you like and load it into your system. Then you can access the font via programs like microsoft word etc.
If you want to make a graphic, use a program like photoshop or GIMP and write out the text, like your name, shade it with different colors, and save it as a graphic file.

It looks like this was done in a graphics editor. I'm thinking that they probably used a graphics tablet instead of a mouse to draw the images. But that's just an educated guess.

You can draw it on paper and scan it into your computer.
Or you can open a word processor like MS Word, find a font that you like, and type out your name. Then highlight each letter in your name and change the color to whatever you want.

draw the alpha bet on paper
scan it
inport it into paint
usein the square select tool , select each letter and then right click in the dotted box
click copy to... then save each letter in a folder with the letter name as the name of the file (you can save the scan if you want...lol)
once you've done that for each letter you open up a blanck paint canvis and the right click with the square select tool again and then click on paste from..
choose the letters you want
da dahhhhhh
you done

You could make that with any image program, probably even paint. Just look for a font that you like
