Dremmel tools all rotate in 'RPM' s,..i want to find one that Chisels, where do i find them..?

working with stone, trying to clear a matrix from some things imbedded in it, a rotating bit wont work, but a chisel bit does it real well... Help..!!
It would be nice if the tool were electric, but, thats not necessary.

Most of the Dremmels I know of have a rotating shaft. You might want to check out some woodcarving sites. They sell equipment specifically designed for carving and chipping..I believe Sugar Pine Mountain..might be one distributor.

You need a power chisel.
