If you're willing to spend a small amount of $ (about $14 is what I spent, but you might find similar elsewhere) I found a superb clipart CD at http://www.grsites.com - it has not only borders but backgrounds, arrows, and all manner of website clipart. I've referred to it over and over...well worth my small investment!

Also, if you have Microsoft Office installed, check its clipart gallery to see its borders...

You havent mentioned WHAT is the final ouput for these borders you want.. WEB, PRINT or FILM? Whatever it is, try this link

There is a zip file that contains some borders.

Also I looked around on Google Images with the Keyword 'Floral Borders' and got some interesting results, here is the link:

If you look for just borders in Google Image Search then that also gives some decent ideas.

Another way of doing this (without an idea for a border) is to take a pencil or pen and draw out borders on the corners of a blank paper. The trick is to draw some quick curvy strokes coupled with a filled circles. Even if you arent an artist, you WILL manage to get a few borders that can be used.

Now that u ve drawn some borders, either scan or photograph them and bring them on the computer.

Make another layer over the imported border drawing and simply draw over it using the mouse and the PEN tool.

If you dont have a scanner then you can simply look at it and create it.
