Given that all of the pioneers were already inducted and every rapper from the 90's to the present were available for induction.
What 5 rappers would be in the first induction class..?
i vote for Dr. Dre, Tupac, Biggie, Ice Cube, and Master P..
I look at it like this, at one point Master P revolutionized the rap game by owning and running everything in his record company and being a pioneer of the south.
There are other people who would get honorable mention and get put in for the next year, Wu-Tang Clan, Bone, Jay-Z, Nas, Rakim....but that would be my start

I did forget about jadakiss....but really....thanks for the stars...why is it that no one ever stars questions...when I know this one is at least 10x better than most of the questions.

ohh one last one.....Master P was a bad choice no lie...but he would be in the hall of fame...he had a hand in starting most of the southern style of rapping
ohh...and the hell with that dude that said without rakim the list has no merit...and that bone was disgraceful...they are the best rap group of all time in my opinion....booo yaaa

Dr. Dre-Brought Revolution through Lyrics & bringing up talent through producing
2Pac-possibly the best mc ever
Biggie-" "
Nas-He Illmatic
Eminem-They would probably give it 2 him 4 breaking the color barrier of rap music (not the first 1 but the best one)

Since all the pioneers have already been inducted those like NWA, Run DMC, Sugar Hill Gang and Grandmaster Flash, etc.
I would choose Tupac of course.
Jay-Z and Nas
Then the south(where I'm from) has to represent
UGK because they have been in the game for a long time and are still banging out hits.
Outkast or Lil Wayne

Nah... they'd have to go with Grandmaster Flash, Sugar Hill Gang, Run DMC, probably NWA (which would get Dre and Cube), and LL.
But there won't be a rap hall of fame because people would be getting stabbed and shot and stuff, just like at the Source Awards.
You know I'm not lying.

1-Tupac
2-Nas
3-Jay-Z
4-Eminem
5-Biggie
*I wud say Dr. Dre but his impact was mainly his producing
*U may disagree with Biggie at the bottom but he wasnt around long enuf to have as much of an impact as the others.
*Em belongs there cuz theres no denying his skill, and his approach in his early career turned so many heads.

Seeing Master P in your first class is disgusting. Seeing Bone in your second class is not as bad, but still very bad. If You don't have Rakim in your first class that list has no merit.

not yet, possibly after he dies ;) cuz if he gets into it now, then he ought to give up attempting or something, he's a robust rapper, in basic terms needs to come again to his roots and give up rapping approximately all the unusual **** he's been rapping approximately interior the final album. he grow to be greater effective whilst he grow to be poor and youthful.
