It would be more appropriate to decide what fields interest you. Why the emphasis on working "in a hospital". If the health care field is definitely what you want, look at any of the different fields involved to see which you would like. You can "work in a hospital" by selling things in the gift shop or volunteering at the information desk, so that is not very helpful.

Depends on what you want to do in a hospital.
If you're not looking to go a long time in college, I would suggest going for tech positions. Eg. radiology tech. Or go for an associates in nursing. If you want a really respected job you will have to at least get a BA in whatever position you want to do.
Ask yourself what job would interest you the most then search for the requirements to get that job.

First, you need to be more specific on what type of hospital job you are wanting. Do you have a college background? If not, then based on what type of position you are wanting, you first need to consider furthering your education. Take medical courses to increase your chance of finding work. Once you have a more specific job detail in mind, then you should check out what the job requires.

give us more info, there are many job oppurtunities in the hospital. so as far as we know you might want to be anything from a janitor to a surgeon - be more specific.....
