he was suffering what i think is his wife just wanted to get life over with and the son wanted to live but Benoit didn't think about that so he hung himself from his weight bench.

Asphyxiation from hanging from a pulley cord in his weight room. I would also not be surprised if he had re-damage his neck. That was one of the reasons he was able to get steriods legally. Edge has obtained them as well.

he killed his son in his sons room upstairs and hi wife upstairs in another room and left a bible next to both of then then sunday/ monday went to the basement and there was a weight room and hung him self from the weight bench cord so it was a double murder suicide

According to the UK papers, he hung himself after smothering his son and strangling his wife. Very sad.
