I walk in at my house and my moms. Everywhere else I knock. If I knock at my moms house, she asks why the hell I knocked so I dont bother knocking.

If it is my family or BF then I knock as I am walking in. Other than that, I knock or ring a bell.

Knock. Unless it's my mother's house--she's too old to get up to answer the door so we just use the key and go on in.

I knock,check the doorknob and if it's unlocked ---- poke my head in and say "Yoohoo??".
Of course that's only with people that I'm close to. Otherwise I just knock.
