It is certainly possible that stress is causing you all of these problems. My wife has "episodes" (what the Dr calls them) of severe vomiting and diareah, terrible stomach aches and severe weakness and she has had many, many tests done from a nerologist to gastrointerologist and no one can figure out why this happens to her. They do all agree that stress could play a huge part in it. See a Dr to be sure and do your best to destress daily. Take care. Stress can kill you.

Possibly but not necessarily. There are a lot of things that can cause all of these symptoms including malnutrition, anemia, ulcers, caffeine poisoning (not so rare these days), or even just a plain old virus. I know a couple women who have all these symptoms during menstruation. Anyway, 'stress' is a general word for not taking care of yourself. Eat something healthy, drink some water, take a walk, sleep for 8 hours, get up and do all that again for a few days. If you still feel like balls on a stick then go to a doctor!
By the way, if people tell you "Yes, all these problems are due to stress" is that going to help you in any practical way? Think about why YOU asked if it was stress, what the issues are that may be causing you to manifest physical symptoms of illness, and deal with them.
Also, lay off caffeine, sugar, and fat for a day.

NO
SEE A DOCTOR
You have symptoms of a serious gastrointestinal illness, probably bleeding internally with anemia. If you are pale, it is usually from anemia, and stress can't cause anemia! Anyway, I would not write it off to stress. It could be serious, you need to be evaluated. It could be from the gallbladder, pancreas, duodenum, or stomach. It could be gallstones, bleeding ulcers, gastritis, or cancer.

It could be; some people are more affected by stress than others, and if you've been under a lot of stress over a long period of time, it will eventually manifest itself physically.

No. You may have ulcer or hyper acidity which causes all this. Take lots of water, avoid spicy and fatty foods, take fruits and vegetables. Avoid citric fruits. Take antacids like Gelusil. Consult a doctor. Stress can induce ulcer and acidity by secreting more hydrochloric acid .

The stress itself could be a result of having all those other problems.
Try looking at your diet first.
Digestive problems could be due to food allergies or something more sinister.
