How come the black guy was enlisted (Sergeant BA Baracus), while the 3 white guys were Officers ( Leutenant Faceman, Captain Murdock, and Colonal Hannibal ) ?

It is only racist if there was a suggestion that Baracus was enlisted and not an officer BECAUSE he was black. This is not the case, so it was not racist. It easily could have been a coincidence.
