For a natural look go for pink shadow but on special occasions (proms, etc) go for green. Because of how fair your skin, eyes, and hair are, avoid using black mascara. Only use clear or brown except on the occasions you want to be a little racy with more rainbow colored shades. I'd also recommend saving some cash to get a good foundation and powder because essentially those are the products that can make or break a look. If you go to your local mall one of the cosmetic stand workers will give you a free makeover. Right off the bat I'd suggest Stila's Oil Free Foundation in either A or B. Laura Mercier has some great loose translucent powder so you don't have to worry about matching your powder to your foundation.

Keep it light- fair-complected girls look really scary with tons of makeup on anyway. Try a nice translucent powder with a little bit (a LITTLE bit!!) of bronzing powder swiped on the high part of your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, and a little across your forehead. These are the natural places where the sun touches on your face, so it will look very natural if you do it lightly. For eyes, line them with a medium to dark-brown eyeliner (just the top lids only), and use a medium brown mascara on the top lashes only. A nice heather green or light brown shadow would work best, as you are warm-toned. For lips, avoid any shades with a blue undertone (the saleslady will help you determine which ones those are), and try to stick with shades with a yellow undertone. If you shop for makeup in the drugstore or Wal-Mart, many brands like Cover Girl have little guides on the package which tell you whether it is a warm or cool color tone. Always go for the warm ones. You might also like to experiment with just a nude lipliner and a clear lip gloss. It's a nice, natural look.

Im exactly the same :)
I use natural looking colours because of the fair skin, try using a light foundation, but not too light
(I normally go 1 shade darker than my skin at the most)
And perhaps a dash of browny bronzey blush for a summer glow, not loads though, its supposed to look natural
-I also use a dark brown mascara and a light brown eyeshadow but green can look good with the red hair aswell, just try different combinations until you find one you like :)

I'd try out the new FYI line for young individuals by Arbonne.
It has an interactive blog too for tips and help - and all the products are natural - they make a tinted moisturizer which would add color to your skin -
and the eye shadows are fun and used for the skin tones cool, neutral and warm - (you sound warm)
the lip glosses are natural and add a nice hue and shine.
The other advice I have and did when I was 16 was get a make over at the Clinique counter and buy one or two of the items you love and they suggest.

U sound gorgeous! OK find a light foundation or concelaer that matches ur skin. Next find a light bronzer or a peachy blush and put it on the apples of ur cheeks. Chocolate brown eyeliner and soft black mascara will look good on u. For eyeshadow try gold, bronze, copper, silver, light brown (shimmery), and of course green. Also a nice sheer shimmery cream or chamange colored eyeshadow would look fantastic on u! Get some clear, sheer pink, and sheer plum lip gloss and ur ready to go! Hope this helped!

I'm sure you don't look like a ghost! ;)
Wear brown-black mascara, you can get it at Target. My favorite brand is CoverGirl.
And then maybe a little bit of light pink blush for color.
If you want, you could use some dark brown eyeliner, or a green eyeshadow once in a while. Just don't use too much of it.
Don't wear anything black (like black eyeliner or mascara). It looks un-natural.
Good luck!

Anything brown or neutral, and GREEN!!! Try a bit of bronzer, and for the eyes, maybe some bright blues for something fun.
