I would only go when i'm at least 60. The reason being is that i want to to pursue my career and live my dreams on earth. Once i have 'unravelled the secrets' of the earth, I'll move on to the universe.'

Hopefully i come across some aliens!

why one way? would i get to live on another earth-like world?

id do it, but there would have to be some conditions.

first, id need the two questions above answered, and i also wouldnt go until our current space flight technology is improved big time. shuttles are way too fragile. one pebble will pass right through a shuttle without slowing down. and space is full of objects like that all flying around like bullets, only faster. and then id need gravity. running on a treadmill doesnt prevent your bones from losing density and your muscles from weakening. and depending on how long the trip is, i might not be able to even set foot in normal gravity again.

so if you can work out those details, id do it in a heartbeat.

yes, i would. i mean, it's not like life on Earth is that exciting. Of course i would go! A chance to see something no human has ever seen without having to look through a telescope, or using a satelite! Just try and stop me...

Absolutely....it's in our nature to explore, and the rewards would be worth the sacrifices.
After all...the pilgrims made the same choice some 500 years ago, in spite of all the risks and unknowns that faced them.

No. You can already see all the planets and most of their larger moons on the internet. I wouldn't give up my whole life just to see them all. Besides, most planetary moons look the same - small, misshapen, cold, and grey.
