All spiders are poisonous but many can not physically bite u. It is said that some of the smaller spiders are the most toxic . They just cant bite u. There are plenty that can. The toxin is just part of their digestive system. If they bite a fly the enzyme starts digesting the protean and they will come back later and suck it out.
