No you are still virgin. You need penetration for sex and you would definitely need your pants off for that. I would say that if you always keep your pants on, you aren't doing anything that qualifies as any sort of sex. The blurry part is when you get to oral or anal sex. Virginity is about innocence and I personally do not see how you can claim to be innocent if you are doing either. Just do what is right for you and be safe.

Well everything you describe there is sexual but it's not sexual intercourse. You are not having "sex" per se. But you are close. If you decide to start having sex with your boyfriend, be smart and take the right precautions. Always use condoms and, if possible, start taking the pill. Sex is not a game and you must be very responsible.... if you do everything the right way, you and your boyfriend will enjoy it.

what you and your boyfriend did was make out. something similar to if not the same thing; foreplay! thats what you do to get your self in the mood for the actual act of intercourse or oral sex. sex more so involves the genitalia/and or mouth.

That is not sex. It could be foreplay. But not sex. Sex is when a penis enters a vagina, end of story. There is also Anal Sex, which is not sex, but ANAL sex. When the penis is put into the butt. So, what you did was not sex. But sex isn't important. Stay happy together, and don't rush anything. Be safe and good luck! =]

Sounds like just making out and heavy petting to me. Usually sex is oral sex and penetration with anything (toys fingers, etc). Things got hot and heavy with foreplay but it doesn't sound like sex.

To me, I don't call it sex unless you have intercourse, but it all depends on your personal definition of it. It is "sexual" what you are doing, but I wouldn't personally refer to it as "sex". All of that can certainly be a part of sex, and they are sexual acts, but I wouldn't tend to call it having sex until you have intercourse.

Kissing is kissing, not sex. If no actual genitals were used, then nope. You're good.
