Example: There is no heaven or hell. You are here, then you die, so, in the end it doen't matter if you are a murderer or rapist. It is all a matter of personal comfort and what you want to do with the time you have until you die.Others not liking you is no reason not to do what you want to do.

Does this not mean that you should be kind and courteous to everyone? Seeing as by this very realization you should also realize how small and insignificant you are. If the greatest force is always destined to intervene and get what it wants, should we not strike a common contract between us all to be considerate of what others are trying to do to avoid and reduce the odds that someone bigger and more powerful will interfere with our own plans?

Well, thought is an important "cog in the the wheel", but there are other things that are just as important as thought, that exist outside of the mind and outside the world of thought. It may seem that "what we think" is all important, and it seems easy to come to this conclusion. However, you should also question if this is the ONLY thing that really matters. Because we think about everything, other things that also really matter may have our thoughts inevitably co-existing with these other things. But that should not lessen "the others". Now there's something to think about.

Fortunately, your reality is nothing near to mine or most folks I encounter. Your explanation hurts me in my pocket book. For should you ever practice what you have espoused here on these pages, my money will be used to properly house you in the proper institution in order that those of us who have a somewhat different outlook on life can continue to practice our "reality." I don't know if you are a loser or just disgusted with society, or, someone who needs proper medical attention to save us from you? Whichever, your reasoning sucks. It seems to me that if you would engage in the result of your reasoning, you might return your thoughts to the reality that most of us live in.

You sound like your talking about post-modernism. This is one of five major world views. Post-modernism is like what you described, that truth is relevant to how you live.

As for your question, there's no way to know which one is true and the other ones are false. I'm personally a theist, I believe in one God. I don't believe anything else but that God is the only savior and the only way to get into heaven.

I think it depends on how you view and feel about yourself. If you felt good about murdering or raping people, fine, but could you really have a clear mind with that, and not feel bad? Could you not feel even pity for the victims that fall under you? Others may not like you, but I don't think that feeling stingy makes you feel better about yourself. Most people who murder or rape do it out of confusion, lost for satisfaction and answers to problems.

True, but other people think they should beat the crap out of murderers and rapists.

if u point a gun at your leg & think it won't hurt or do damage when u pull the trigger, then pull the trigger. the physics and chemistry of the moment will convince u that what u think is irrelevant in some situations.

It is karma. It does matter. If you live a good life, meaning you do unto others as you would like them to do unto you.,the day you die your soul will be done unto ,what you have done to others in the phisical.Your soul will come back into a body and be dealt with acordingly. When you see people living a good life. You must know they did good in a previous one. That is karma.KARMA
