They do. Even now, with industry regulations stating that they have to wear condoms, they still perform oral sex without protection, and still have "money shots", which means certail fluids are still making contact with the other performer. Once the fluids can make contact, they open themselves up to infection.
Some, however, are more careful, or are just luckier.

Most professional porn stars get tested monthly for STDs and only have sex with a certain few, who get tested just as often.

some porn stars do get STD's, but in general, they try to stay safe and healthy to avoid getting them in the first place

because proper porn stars are exstensivley vetted and tested for stds before they are allowed to perform

Some of the do! Its always a risk.
The others, nowadays, tend to be tested extensively for STDs every month.

Because they are all tested monthly for every STD know to man. They are not allowed to perform without certification stating that they are clean.

actually not everyday. there have been a handful in porn that have died of aids... if you notice some have sex with alot of different people others have a circle of people they have sex with...

It's because of the rigorous screening process they endure. And they are careful who they have sex with. And they do drugs, lots of drugs.
