i'm wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for the changes to process when you have a birth certificate.

I had to make some changes on my sons birth certificate and i went through the process, and sent the money for it, and now i'm just waiting cuz i need to get a copy of his birth certificate before we move to another state, but i don't know if it's ready yet, its been about 4 weeks since i sent the information to the state.

As you probably know, states are very slow because they're understaffed. You can call the state and people will generally be very nice to you and give you the information you request.
