I appreciate all the answers and american beauty i do agree w/you. why did race have to be brought into this?
It does not matter if you are black,white,yellow or red..... a murderer is a murderer!!! and just because you are african american does not just automatically make you murderer!!!

I'd like to ask Randy and Mr. G if their comments mean that Scott Peterson & Chris Benoit are White apes? Or do your slurs only apply to Black men who commit murder?
To answer the question: Cutts was not married to this woman. Furthermore, he has only one living child by her. He has 2 other children: one by his wife and another by a previous girlfriend. He is a Canton police officer who is now under suspension from his job. He has, in fact, confessed. Most likely, this was a case of domestic violence gone wrong, just as most of these types of cases are.

He was caught saying either through a girlfriend or email that he did not want children when asked.
More information was exposed on that he was seeing 3 girlfriends not 1.
The time frame during the murder, Bobby Cutts was missing. He had a job interview scheduled and did not show till and hour to hour and a half later.
There was more in the time frame, but can't remember it all.
And bleach was used on blood stains that alters the DNA etc.,which is hard for forensic to get the information needed.

I'm still sorting thru how he could be a cop that has been under protection orders, how he justified fathering children by girlfriends when he was married. I wonder if someone else is PG my him that has not come forward?? Just thoughts.

When a man kills a family member he's a no good dirty SOB. When a woman kills a family member she has some special sickness and needs help. This is just stupid. Crazy is Crazy and murder is murder.

I watch court TV all the time including Nancy Grace and to my knowledge - they haven't found the motive.

He has not confessed to the crime and his only media statements to this point was during the search for the woman & his concerns to her whereabouts.

Not only do they not know why, they don't know that he killed the mother of his children.
This is America right? People are still innocent until proven guilty by a jury of their peers.
